I have checked for firewalls the best way i know how, and i just can't find problem. I am running latest version of ie on a windows XP platform. This just started a month ago. Any suggestions or places to check for firewalls would be much appreciated thanks.

what isp are you using if you are using dial up or need to sign in before connecting you have to sign in than open up ie.
