You're wanting to have synchronous bookmarks? Why not just use one browser to make life simple? I'm assuming you already know how to import the bookmarks manually ... if not have a look at the following site...

Check out whether Mozilla has any Add-ons that allow what you are wanting to do ... there is no automatic synchronisation between IE and Firefox bookmarks.
