My template works in FF but not in IE?

OK well i' coding a template to make a little extra cash but i'm having a problem. I'm not very good with XHTML so if it's to obvious don't be to mean -.-. But i'm using IE V7 Beta 3 and i see a little line under the banner at www.runempire.com/rsgoldguide (template i'm coding). But in FF it works just fine. Do you see that little green line and if so what browser are you using? If you know how to fix it let me know pl0x?

The problem lay on the browser not your coding. FF IE Opera Webkit (Mac OSX) and few other browser have different rendering method. This resulting in different way of displaying your code.

Best result I could think off is by making a script to auto detect the browser and have it load a proper css template for the browser.

PS: I don't see any green line under the gold line (Safari)
