When I logged into Windows, I used my name and password but my profile won't come up. The folders are there but not in my documents.. I found them when I explored.. Ok so I moved everything over but how can I make IE use my old favorites folder?

This depends on where you found them. The simplest way is to copy them into your favorites folder at C:\Documents and Settings\*YOUR USER NAME*\Favorites
